Below are the proposed changes to Covenant 5.11b that was brought to the Board. The proposed amendment leverages the lawyer’s draft from the 2018 proposed covenant change with a modification to the height to 84″ instead of 80″. Further revision occurred after the June Town Hall on the location of parking. Please review the changes and provide feedback by August 16.
