Meadowglen Clubhouse and Pool
Clubhouse
Homeowners may reserve the Clubhouse for occasions such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, etc. A $25 administrative fee is charged for Clubhouse usage. In addition, the homeowner is required to make a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $250 with Advance HOA at the time of the reservation. The $250 deposit will be returned after the Clubhouse has been checked and the condition has been verified as clean and undamaged.
Reserving the clubhouse requires going to both the property management website AND the Meadowglen-HOA website. We know this is not ideal, but we are trying to streamline the process as much as possible.
- To reserve the clubhouse, first check the Advance HOA website calendar to confirm your desired event date is available. Look for and click on the “Event Calendar” tab in the left hand navigation. This will bring up a calendar that shows days open for events and those with events already booked.
- Once you have determined your desired date is available, you can return to this page and fill in the Reservation Agreement. Please view the Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist. Signing the reservation agreement means you agree to everything on both documents.
- Finally, provide payment. You will need to return to Advance HOA to provide payment. Payment options can be found under “Payment Instructions” in the left hand navigation.
- Once the required information and payment have been received, you will receive an email confirmation from the community manager. Key card access will be provided the day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: when using the clubhouse, remember:
- Cleaning supplies/decorations: ALL supplies, including paper supplies and cleaning supplies and any desired holiday decorations are the responsibility of the homeowner. The $25 admin fee does NOT include paper supplies, cleaning supplies or decorations.
- Furniture/artwork: Please be careful when moving furniture around. Please do not remove artwork from the walls.
- A cleaning checklist is provided to clubhouse users in their clubhouse agreement. It is REQUIRED that clubhouse users complete the clubhouse checklist and leave it on the kitchen counter. Checklists are available in the rack on the clubhouse kitchen wall.
- Trash disposal: Clubhouse users are required to put their trash IN the provided trash containers (housed in the trash receptacle area located next to the pool), NOT on top of the trash containers or on the ground beside the trash containers. If the trash containers are already FULL, residents should take their trash home to be disposed of.
*This is a partial list of things you should know when renting the clubhouse. Please review the Reservation Agreement and the Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist for complete information.
