DRR Instructions:

For architectural and major landscaping please submit a copy of your proposed plans as follows:

1. Location and outline of house, lot lines, and dimensions.
2. Dimensions of proposed improvement and relation to house/lot lines.
3. Details: description of materials and colors.
4. Elevation drawings of improvements, fences, etc.
5. Any additional information which you deem necessary.

For paint please submit the following:

1. A set of paint samples pictures with color names and codes
2. Brand of paint to be used.
3. Sheen of paint – Satin, eggshell, etc. (glossy/ shinny is not allowed.)
4. Color of window frames.
5. Adjacent neighbors colors: (Simple Color Description)

For roof please be aware of the following requirements:

1. Homeowner will be required to provide a copy of the invoice and wrapper from the shingles used to the ARC for final sign off.
2. All roof vents, chimney caps, vent flashing etc. shall be painted to blend with the roof.
3. Metal drip edges shall be painted to match the trim color.
