General Info/2023 trash hauling schedule

Meadowglen is a Covenant Community located in Arvada Colorado. It is governed by an elected Homeowners Association Board which meets the first Thursday of every month in the community clubhouse. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the board meetings to ask questions or address concerns. Contact our community manager at Advance HOA if you wish to be placed on the agenda. The first part of all meetings is set aside to hear homeowner concerns and respond to their questions.

Our dues are very low and pay for the operation and maintenance of the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and common areas, as well as trash collection and snow removal from the community parking lot. Meadowglen’s finances are managed very strictly and conservatively.

Along with the HOA elected Board of Directors, the HOA also has a volunteer Architectural Review Committee (ARC) appointed by the board. The ARC is responsible for approving all exterior changes, including construction, paint, windows, roofs, fencing and landscaping before any work can be done. Please read your Covenants and Architectural Standards at the Advance HOA website and understand them (you must log in as a Meadowglen resident to gain access to these documents. Your Association takes its responsibility to maintain the aesthetic quality of your neighborhood, and your home value, seriously.
