Board meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6 pm at the clubhouse. The annual meeting is held in October in lieu of the regular monthly meeting.
All ARC decisions are done online via email. If you would like to request a meeting with the ARC, please contact our manager to schedule.
Meetings are held every month except for December

The monthly dues for 2025 are $96. Dues go toward common expenses (landscaping, insurance, facilities, trash/recycling, snow plow, etc).
